Susan Geldof, MSc. graduated with honors (‘Cum laude”) in 1981 from the Eindhoven University of Technology (Mathematics - Operations Research). After that she fulfilled several national and international positions as consultant, project manager, manager EDP. From 1995 she was Logistics Manager for Smith’s Chewing Sweets, a manufacturer in the food industry, and using SAP on a daily basis.

From 1997 she is operating as professional and independent contractor for SAP training activities for the SAP logistics modules (mainly PP, PM, MM, SD). Project are carried out through her company PKR Beheer B.V. on a contract basis. Certified in 1999 as a PP Applications Consultant by SAP, and advisory member of the VNSG (Dutch SAP User Group).

As an SAP trainer she benefits from her experience on both sides of the 'negotiation table':

• Practical experience as SAP user with in depth know-how of logistical processes. Resulting in end users trained better for daily operations using SAP
• Due to many SAP roll-outs at multinationals, her fluent knowledge of French, English, Dutch and German has proved to be indispensable for preparing and performing SAP training worldwide. The relatively short periods of training projects carried out directly or through subcontractors, have enabled her to educate thousands of end users. Leading to both a broad and deep experience with SAP training.

She hasn’t lost her mathematical ‘roots’’ though. In between projects every year she participates in the “Championnat des Jeux Mathématiques et Logiques”, a mathematical championship. Usually ending in a place as finalist in Paris.
