Kautex Textron

Development and delivery of training for production planners, production team leaders and project departement. Followed by intensive after go-live support (planning, production, logistics) for the implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 (SAP for Automotive solution) at Kautex Benelux, leading manufacturer of fuel tanks. Pilot for worldwide roll-out.

Coca Cola

Development and delivery of training for employees of the Coca Cola production plant in the Netherlands. Targets: better use of SAP, and more knowledge about SAP ECC 6.0, WM, and PP.

 

KSM / ODS

Development and delivery of training in the role of SAP master trainer for logistics departments of this giant in the metal industry. Upgrade of the SAP system to ECC 6.0 and improved business processes. Development of German and Dutch e-learning in UPK. After go-live support in the local plants in Germany and The Netherlands.

KLM

Development of training material and training delivery to Logistics end users of the Engine Services department, to support the implementation of SAP WMS and the use of hand held terminals. Knowledge transfer to KLM trainers, so they could take over the training modules.

Solvay Pharmaceuticals

Projects in the USA, The Netherlands, France, Germany and Ireland. Hands-on training of key users, testers and end users for a new SAP implementation (MM, IM, WM, PP-PI, QM). Global project for upgrade to SAP ECC 5.0 and process adjustments. Development of training material and end user documentation including translations, and delivery of upgrade training to end users (PP-PI). On the job training for production planners

Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen

Staff of several institutions for detention in The Netherlands was trained to use SAP for logistic processes. Both class room training and on-the-job training. SAP SRM, SAP BI (web client). Acted as a subcontractor for an SAP partner for implementation-projects.

ASML

ASML is market leader in the industry of wafer steppers (electronic chip manufacturing). Trained employees of the production department during a project for introduction of barcoding. Worked as a subcontractor of the supplier for RFID systems. SAP R/3 PP, 500 employees trained within 5 weeks.
